Your Stay With Andy's on River Road

Please read before booking your stay at Andy's on River Road.

Must be 18 years old or older to make a reservation.

Deposit

Your initial deposit is refundable for 7 days from the time of booking as long as it was made 30 days in advance of your dates.

After 7 days, it is no longer refundable.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance will be billed to your credit card 30-days in advance of your arrival date. 

​If you book within 30 days of arrival, you will be charged the full amount at booking. This is non-refundable

Your Reservation

When you make a reservation, you enter into a contractual agreement to be charged for the full amount of your stay. 

Make sure you are 100% sure of your dates before you book.

Good Neighbor Rules

Every guest of Andy’s on River Road deserves a great vacation at the Frio River. To accommodate everyone, we require that you abide by the following rules:

Check-in: 4pm 

Check-out: 11am

If you need to check-in later please call ahead to let us know to wait up for you!

You will be charged a minimum of $200 if we have to pick up your litter.

Good Neighbor Behavior Means

  1. No profanity.
  2. Keep your speed to 5 MPH. There are kids EVERYWHERE!
  3. No one wants to listen to YOUR music. Keep it down. 24/7.
  4. 11PM-9AM is quiet time. 
  5. Cleaning fee for cabins and suites is $50 and non negotiable. If you need your cabin cleaned during your stay or need linens, additional fees will apply.
  6. Maintain a clean site/cabin exterior. You will be charged a minimum of $200 if we have to clean up for you during and/or after your stay. Towels drying on the railings is fine. Bottles lined up on the railings? Not so much. This is a family place, y'all. Let's treat it like it is. This includes trash in fire rings and cigarette butts.
  7. All Tent and RV sites are responsible for the disposal of their own trash. County trash disposal is located at the intersection in front of Andy’s on River Road daily from 10AM to 3PM for $1/bag.
  8. No firearms of ANY kind are permitted on the grounds. Permitted or not, concealed carry or not. Leave them at home.
  9. Keep your car or truck on clearly marked roads.
  10. Do not cut trees.
  11. Pets are allowed at $50 per pet per stay and must be pre-approved.
  12. All pets may not be left unattended at any time. Unregistered pets will result in a fine of $250 per pet.
  13. We know your dog is a good girl or boy, but 50 lbs is the max.
  14. Excessive barking is a nuisance and you will be asked to leave if it persists, no matter how small or large your furry friend is without a refund.
  15. You MUST pick up after your dog.
  16. Your dog must remain on lead at all times. If your dog is seen off lead you may be asked to leave without a refund, regardless of the size of your dog.
  17. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated by kids, teens, adults, or dogs. You may be asked to leave without refund. 
  18. No ATVs
  19. No smoking in Homes, Cabins, or Suites. Cigarette butts are plastic litter and you will be charged a minimum of $200 if we have to pick up your litter.
  20. Must be 18 years old or older to make a reservation.
  21. No loitering. 
  22. Public intoxication is grounds for immediate eviction and/or notification of authorities.
  23. No fireworks.
  24. No generators.

Dealing with Disputes

Managing Complaints

If a guest makes a complaint against another, the issue will be dealt with on an individual basis.  

Resolution

It should be understood, if one guest checks out early due to the actions of another guest, the offending party will be asked to leave as well.

Andy's is NOT a Democracy

 If we have to ask you to leave more than once, we will inform the authorities and have you forcibly removed.
